Oliizoi has set itself the ambitious goal of transforming the real estate development industry by building communities that prioritize environmental regeneration, community resilience, equitism, and individual autonomy. To achieve this goal, we rely on cutting-edge technologies and design principles that enable Oliizoi to create highly efficient, biomimetic, and resilient buildings, harness renewable energy sources, grow food in diverse settings, and provide equitable access to high-quality healthcare, education, and transportation.
At the core of Oliizoi's philosophy is the belief that humans can live in harmony with nature, and that the key to achieving this harmony lies in mimicking the natural processes that sustain life on Earth. Thus, Oliizoi's communities are designed to be biomimetic, meaning that they emulate the natural ecosystems within which they are built, and are regenerative, meaning that they contribute to the restoration and enhancement of the surrounding natural environment.

Oliizoi was founded by a group of visionary and veteran entrepreneurs, builders and sustainability experts with almost 200 years of combined experience in social impact business start-ups, international real estate development, small and large-scale construction, sustainable technologies, and biomimicry.
Eric Amyot
CEO & Cofounder
Eric Amyot is an optimistic futurist, veteran startup founder, technologist, and innovator who serves as the Chief Instigator and Cofounder at Oliizoi. He was instrumental as an early mover in the controlled environment agriculture and vertical farming industry, taking his company from a small Canadian startup to an international firm including manufacturing and distribution operations in Australia and Thailand, with more than 400% growth YOY. As the Founder and CEO of issho and the Cofounder of the RegenEarth Studio, Eric's expertise in holistic, regenerative modular housing systems and technologies is unparalleled. Eric's passion for nature is not limited to his professional pursuits; he finds solace climbing trees and mountains, symbolizing his unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and reaching new heights.
Josh Burtnett

Josh Burtnett is a visionary systems engineer focused on developing sustainable, scalable solutions for abundance. As co-founder of Oliizoi and the Regen Earth Studio along with an impressive career spanning aerospace, hospitality, construction, broadcast media, and finance, Josh's broad expertise informs the strategic and economic facets of the business. His deep desire to see humanity thrive in harmony with the natural world fuels his commitment to implementing regenerative practices. Diane Utz, Esq., is a seasoned professional in construction project management, risk management, and facilitation. As the Owner/President of Artemis Construction Management, LLC, Diane's extensive experience in the construction industry empowers clients to achieve their goals seamlessly. With over 30 years of expertise in management and litigation, Diane's organizational skills and facilitation prowess drive teams forward with aligned focus. Her commitment to excellence ensures successful outcomes for projects from inception to completion, earning her clients' trust and confidence.
Kirsten Liegmann
COO & Cofounder
Kirsten Liegmann, MBA, is an entrepreneur, leadership coach, facilitator, and operations expert dedicated to conscious business practices and creating a new way of living in harmony with the Earth and each other. As co-founder of Oliizoi and the Regen Earth Studio, Kirsten's multifaceted approach, rooted in several decades of leading and growing companies, promotes impact, growth, strategy, sustainability, human potential and personal transformation for her clients. She was the co-founder and CEO of Soma Ergonomics, a multi-million dollar ergonomic chair manufacturer. As the founder of New Humanity Ventures, Kirsten empowers impact entrepreneurs and for-purpose leaders to shape a thriving future for themselves and the world. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kirsten finds inspiration in the serenity of nature, nurturing her connection to its profound wisdom. She is an avid student and mentor of personal transformation and human potential.
