• Financial data — funding status, sources, and budget range you choose to share, so we can plan a project with you.
• Scheduling data — the date and time of any session you book with us through our scheduling partner.
• Correspondence — anything you send us directly by email or in the forms above.

We do not collect information about you from any other source, and we do not use tracking or advertising technology on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

2. How we use it

We use the information you share to understand your project, respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a Discovery Session, and follow up about working together. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Oliizoi team members directly involved in evaluating and progressing your project.
• Named partners on this website, only when necessary to support your specific project, and only with your knowledge.
• Service providers who host this website, process form submissions, or provide scheduling, bound to use your data only to perform that service.
• Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Oliizoi or others.
• A successor entity, if Oliizoi is ever acquired, merged, or restructured, subject to the same confidentiality commitments described here.

4. Data retention

We retain what you share for as long as it is relevant to a live or prospective engagement, or as required to meet a legal or contractual obligation. If you ask us to delete it and it is not needed for an active project or a legal obligation, we will.
